Shipping Policy

At THREAD OMNI, every item is custom-made to order specifically for you. We partner with top-tier print providers to ensure high-quality products.

Production Time: Because your items are made to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before it is shipped out.

Estimated Shipping Times: Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 3 to 7 business days

• Rest of the World: 10 to 30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. High volume seasons, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays may occasionally extend these timeframes.

Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments: To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we utilize a network of specialized print facilities. If your order contains different types of products (for example, a ceramic mug and a t-shirt), they may be printed at different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each individual package.
